At Revive Global, we believe everything begins with prayer.
Until All Have Heard is a growing international prayer movement made up of believers from 8 countries across 4 continents who unite daily to pray for pastors, churches, communities, and nations around the world. Together, we stand in the gap for those on the front lines of ministry, believing that prayer opens doors, changes lives, and prepares the way for revival.
Whether it's encouraging a pastor in Europe, supporting a church plant, or interceding for global needs, our prayer team is committed to seeing God's Kingdom advance until all have heard the Gospel.

PEOPLE
At Revive Global, we believe people are one of God's greatest resources for strengthening the Church.
We partner with pastors and church leaders to identify specific ministry needs and connect them with the right people to help meet those needs. Through strategic mission teams, internships, and ministry placements, we send individuals who can make a meaningful and lasting impact.
Our vision is to raise up and send fully funded short- and long-term interns, volunteers, and mission teams to serve churches around the world. Every opportunity is intentional, targeted, and designed to strengthen local churches, support pastors, and advance the Gospel.

PROVISION
At Revive Global, we believe pastors should never have to carry the burden of ministry alone.
Through our 99+1 Project, we provide practical financial support that helps pastors stay focused on the mission God has called them to. Support can take many forms—from helping with living expenses and ministry training, to providing children's Bibles, Christmas assistance, transportation, and other critical ministry needs.
In many areas where we serve, pastors faithfully lead growing churches while receiving little financial support as a culture of generosity and tithing is still being established. Through the generosity of our partners, we help bridge that gap and remove obstacles that can hinder ministry.
Every dollar given through the 99+1 Project goes directly to supporting pastors and strengthening local churches—helping keep shepherds in the game and advancing the Gospel until all have heard.

The team serving at the inaugural ARC Europe Conference, partnering to encourage pastors and help the local church flourish across Europe once again.

No. Revive Global does not plant churches directly. Instead, we partner with pastors and local churches from launch and beyond, providing prayer support, resources, mission teams, and practical assistance.
Our goal is to strengthen indigenous church leaders and help local churches thrive without creating long-term dependence.

Joel and Niki Murphy are the founders of Revive Global. After sensing God's call to support pastors and churches in Ireland, they began partnering with local leaders in 2022 and helped launch a church in Dundalk in 2023.
Today, they work alongside pastors across Europe and beyond, providing prayer, people, and practical support to help strengthen churches and advance the Gospel.

Joel and Niki Murphy, Founders
A few years ago, during a season of uncertainty and transition, God began speaking to us through Isaiah 43:19: “See, I am doing a new thing… I am making a way in the wilderness.” At the same time, Niki began having recurring dreams about a child she carried, birthed, and adopted. Though those dreams seemed impossible in the natural, they became a powerful reminder that God was preparing something new.
That calling came into focus when we met Pastor Sam from Lighthouse Church in Ireland. Learning that less than 1% of Ireland identified as Christian stirred something deep within us. When we finally traveled to Ireland in 2022, we witnessed both the spiritual need and the incredible faithfulness of local churches committed to sharing the Gospel. What began as curiosity quickly became a clear calling to support and encourage those serving on the front lines of ministry.
In 2023, we returned to help launch Lighthouse Dundalk and watched God move in remarkable ways through salvations, renewed faith, and transformed lives. In a simple conversation, someone described the experience as “having a baby,” and we immediately remembered the dreams God had given years earlier. Today, through Revive Global, we partner with pastors and churches across Europe, providing resources, encouragement, and support to help advance the Gospel. What began as a whisper in the wilderness has grown into a mission we are honored to be part of.
